We all get brain blocked sometimes, especially when we are in a rush. Here are some amuse bouche ideas to get you started. An amuse bouche is basically a bite sized starter served mostly in fine dining restaurants to stimulate the customer's appetite. They are not ordered off of a menu but rather served complimentary before ordering food. There are NO recipes here, just ideas! However, you don’t have to be a cook to benefit from this page. In your glass shots, place a chive jalapeno mango mix with grapefruit juice. Top it with a piece of steamed shrimp mixed with any herb of your choice and some sea salt!
